LIMITED WARRANTY – DISCLAIMER

  1. All our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

  2. Our obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. We reserve the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. We will not charge for labor, parts, or carriage in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. We are not responsible for the cost of removal or re-installation of the products.

  3. This warranty does not apply to the following items:
    a. Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, or electrical storm, etc.
    b. Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product.
    c. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product.
    d. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.
    e. Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment.

  4. This written warranty is the only warranty made by us. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. We shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special, or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labor or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty.
Note: We will not be responsible or liable for any failure of or damage to this plumbing product or product component caused by either chlorines in the treatment of public water supply or in-tank bowl cleaners containing chlorine (calcium hypochlorite). The use of high concentrations of chlorine or chlorine-related products could seriously damage the fittings. This damage can cause leakage and serious property damage.

Under no circumstance will Destinked Bathroom LLC be held liable for any loss or damage—direct, consequential, or incidental—arising out of the use of or inability to use these products (some states do not allow this exclusion).

Purchasers/users of the bidet should immediately stop using and uninstall the bidet if there is even a small leaking or dripping detected anywhere due to the bidet. Leakage can result because of incompatibility of toilet fittings, improper installation, or due to old or damaged parts.

Exposure to extreme temperatures, strong chemicals such as bleach or hydrochloric acid, etc., or high water pressure can cause damage to various parts of the bidet, which can result in surface damage, leakage, and flooding. Therefore, the purchasers/users of the bidet hereby release the manufacturers and sellers of Destinked Bathroom from any and all claims for bodily and property damage resulting from such conditions.

The owner hereby releases Destinked Bathroom LLC from any and all claims against damages to the property, persons, or the product resulting from misuse, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, or exposure to extreme temperature, water pressure, or strong chemicals.

 

 

 

 

Returns

Every Osprey Bidet includes a 1-year Limited Warranty. Other Destinked Bathroom products have a 30 days return policy. 
Our Osprey Bidets come with a 12-month guarantee on equipment and parts. Though these issues are rare, we will promptly replace any defective parts, free of charge, within the specified warranty period. 
 
If you’ve had a change of fart, you can return your unopened Osprey Bidet within 30 days of your initial order date for store credit only. If you have any doubts on fit or seat shape, please check in with us before placing your order! Our experts are here to help!
 
To be eligible for return, the security seal must be intact. To support our sustainability goals we do not ship in outer boxes, so if you’re unsure about compatibility or gifting, please reach out before opening the product. Once opened, it is no longer returnable.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 808 Kings Court, Middletown NJ 07748.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
